Account Manager

We’re looking for a commercially minded, strategic communicator to join our team as Account Manager. This role calls for a combination of relationship management, creative strategy, operational excellence and problem solving. You should be comfortable in an “all hands on deck” environment, love solving problems, thrive in a startup culture, and above all be passionate about our clients.

Main responsibilities:

You’ll oversee the development and delivery of integrated campaigns for local and global clients predominately within the property sector

  • Managing and developing key client relationships
  • Managing projects through the creative studio
  • Compiling and controlling project budgets and timelines
  • Assisting with conceptual campaign briefs, from undertaking research, to contributing to the creative direction
  • Coordinating deadlines, workflow, and studio resource
  • Accurately reporting into the AD to maintain the team’s rolling forecast
  • Reporting on campaign activity
  • Developing a deep understanding of the clients’ brands, products & services, and market

You are passionate about the creative industry, highly organised with a natural flair for organising people and resources as well as possessing:

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant creative agency experience is essential for this role
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding organisational skills

The following experience is preferable but not essential:

  • Exposure to the property or related sectors
  • Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
